How to request for a licence

To request access to these licenses, two different order processes are depending on the cost center to be used for charging:

1. ITS Cost centerIf you would like to charge the licenses to an ITS cost center, please provide the following information to the responsible License Manager:

• Cost Center
• Crest Code
• Type and quantity of licenses
• Name and email of the users
• Confirm cost approval from your manager

2. BUs Cost centerIf the cost center is associated with a Business Unit (BU), the order process is handled through the Account Manager. Please refer to the table below for the respective Account Managers and their contacts:

Once you have an order in place, the Account Manager will contact Jan Janis to confirm the RSO number and request access to the licenses for the respective users.*If none of the Account Managers mentioned are responsible for your organization, please get in touch with your manager to connect you with the right account manager responsible.

Streamlined development hand-off

The DHL design system is available to everyone on the DHL enterprise account (also users that only have viewing rights) and comes with full set of coded web components, which can be used in your frontend development on React,Angular and Vue. This will allow a streamlined development from prototyping to and handover to development and final delivery.

Why should I get a license on the DHL enterprise account?

Joining our offcial DHL enterprise account has many advantages over using an isolated account such as:Advanced Security: Figma Enterprise offers enhanced security measures like EU data hosting single sign-on(SSO), domain capture, and advanced user provisioning and deprovisioning. This ensures that your company's data and designs are more secure.Centralized Management: With an Enterprise account, all Figma activities are centralized, making it easier to manage teams, projects, and assets. The admin dashboard provides a holistic view of the organization's design operations.User Permission Controls: The Enterprise plan offers more granular control over user permissions, adding an extra layer of security and control. Priority Support: Figma Enterprise customers get priority support, ensuring that any issues or queries are resolved faster.Training and Onboarding: Figma Enterprise includes personalized training and onboarding, ensuring your team can make the most out of Figma's features. Organization-Wide Design Systems: Enterprise accounts allow for the creation and management of shared design systems across the whole organization. This ensures consistency and efficiency in design processes.Branching and Merging: This feature allows designers to create separate branches of a design file to work on changes or new ideas without affecting the main file. Once changes are approved, they can be merged back into the main design, ensuring efficient design version control and improved collaboration.
The more licenses will run on our enterprise account the stronger our position for future negotiations, which will allow better pricing. We also would like to activate features like domain capturing, which will allow us to benefit from SSO in future for more convenience (automated login with DHL accounts).
